Molding vs Bar Chocolate
Our molding chocolate comes in Apeels (or wafer) form. It is pretempered, and easier to work with. Bar Chocolate is made with Cocoa Butter, and must be terpered correctly or it will bloom, seperate, or not set up correctly.
Shipping
Shipping is avaliable to the continental United States. We are able to ship anything found in our retail store. Please call us at 801-491-8940 for any products not avaliable on our website.
Special Book Orders
We will occasionally special order books in for customers that we do not normally carry in our store. We require a deposit on the book (normally half the price) before ordering. Call 801-491-8940 for more information.
Teacher Discounts
We offer a 10% discount to all teachers. Items purchases with this discount must be used in your classroom. Thank you for educating our children!
Donations
Donations must be applied for. We will only consider non-profits with a valid Tax ID number. Donations are limited to one per year, per organization. Application

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Starting pay is $8 per hour, but may increase based on workforce experience and length of time with us.
